            Product Overview

            Unsaturated resin reaction kettle is an important equipment used for producing unsaturated polyester resin, rosin resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, alkyd resin, paint and adhesive.

             

            The unsaturated resin reaction kettle can be designed according to the requirements of the production process, with standardized and humanized configuration. During the reaction process, it can achieve feed control, discharge control, stirring control, and other manual and automatic controls.

             

            This complete set of equipment is a key device used for producing unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and paint. The complete set of equipment consists of a reaction pot, a vertical fractionation column, a horizontal condenser, a water storage tank, an oil overflow tank, pipelines (for the dilute kettle), etc. The parts in contact with the materials in the entire set of equipment are made of stainless steel.

            1. Stainless steel coils can be installed inside the pot or in the jacket;

            2. If electric heating rods are not used, steam heating or thermal oil circulation heating can also be used.

            Unsaturated resin reaction vessels are divided into:

            High temperature resin reactor (150 ℃ -300 ℃)

            Pipe mouth configuration

            The kettle body is equipped with process pipe openings such as manholes (which can also serve as solid feeding ports), feeding ports, discharging ports, sight glasses, spotlights, breathing ports, temperature gauges, temperature sensors, and inlet and outlet ports for cold and hot media.

             

            The pipe mouth can be designed and manufactured according to the process, and the connection forms of the pipe mouth include quick installation chuck type, flange type, and threaded type, which can be selected according to the process requirements.

            1. Unsaturated resin reactor

            Kettle body: Inner tank body SUS304 or SUS316L or Q235-B;

            The jacket is made of Q235-B or SUS304;

            The outer insulation shell is made of SUS304 or Q235-B;

            The surface of the stainless steel tank is mirror polished, with a precision polished Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m. The outer surface is made of mirror or 2B horizontal plate. Jacket form: Different jacket forms are selected according to the heating method, including full jacket, half tube jacket, and detachable jacket. Thermal insulation material: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane casting foam to maintain a temperature difference with the outside, achieving the effect of thermal insulation. Surface treatment methods for the outer shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary matte or 2B frosted matte treatment or spray painting treatment.

             

            2. Upper cover: It adopts two openable movable covers (lower inclined bottom structure, or lower conical bottom or elliptical, butterfly shaped head structure) for easy cleaning. It can also choose upper and lower conical head structure or upper and lower elliptical (or butterfly shaped) head structure. The inner surface of stainless steel is mirror polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m), and the outer surface is mechanically polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m.   

             

            3. Unsaturated resin reaction kettle bottom structure: processed into an R angle by spinning, welded and polished to the inner tank body without dead corners, and tilted at a 5 ° angle towards the discharge port for easy discharge of materials without residue.

             

            4. Mixing device: Top center (off center) mixing, the output shaft of the reducer and the mixing blade shaft are connected by a detachable coupling for easy disassembly and cleaning. Mixing speed: 15-120r/min (fixed or customized); According to the process requirements, the mixing blade form can be selected from frame type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type, etc., or designed according to the customer's special requirements.

             

            5. Unsaturated resin reaction kettle configuration: electrical control box (including temperature gauge, liquid level measurement, pressure display, switch, indicator light, spotlight switch, etc.), manhole, inlet and outlet, cold and hot medium inlet and outlet, spare port, cleaning port, temperature gauge port, pressure gauge port, vacuum port, etc.

             

            The process openings of each inlet and outlet pipe and the welding points of the inner tank body are all rounded with a flanging process, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners, and has a beautiful appearance.

            Product Overview

            The reaction kettle consists of a pot body, pot cover, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp tube, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, overflow tank, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.

             

            Due to differences in production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing forms generally include anchor type, slurry type, turbine type, propulsion type, or frame type. There are two types of support seats: suspended or supported.

             

            Thermal oil is placed inside the jacket and heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket is equipped with inlet and outlet holes for oil, overflow measurement, venting, as well as connecting holes for electric heating rods and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with a support, and there is a discharge port at the bottom of the pot body.
